View technician earnings history through a private link

Give a technician a private link to review their own finalized periods without sharing the owner’s management account.

Sending a new screenshot every week makes older figures hard to find. My Earnings brings a technician’s recorded finalized periods into a link shared by the salon owner. The technician can review that history without signing into the owner’s workspace or seeing other technicians’ records.

What to prepare

The owner should verify the technician record, salon and finalized periods before sharing. Choose a private delivery channel. The link itself grants access to that technician’s information, so it should not be posted in a public page or group conversation.

How to use it

  • The owner signs in, selects the salon and opens technician earnings sharing.
  • Create or retrieve the link for the correct technician and send it privately.
  • The technician reviews period dates and amounts, using the available CSV when helpful for reconciliation.
  • If the link goes to the wrong recipient, the owner revokes or rotates it and shares a replacement appropriately.

An example to check

For example, Lan notices a smaller check than the previous week. Opening both periods lets her identify the dates and specific amounts to discuss. Those figures still need to be read alongside the salon’s pay settings and source records.

Next step

Explore the public statement example first. Real earnings history requires the owner to sign in and share the correct technician’s link.
