Privacy
Scope
This policy covers NailWage public pages, authenticated app pages, technician token pages, imports, exports, billing, and support.
Data we store
NailWage stores account, salon, technician, work-entry, income summary, statement, subscription, support, and audit-event records needed to run the product.
How we use data
We use data to authenticate users, calculate records, show reports, generate exports, process billing, secure the service, troubleshoot issues, improve the product, and respond to support or account requests.
Technician links
Technician statement and earnings links are bearer links: anyone with the link can view that scoped record. Links are unguessable, noindex, no-referrer, and can be revoked or rotated by the salon owner.
Service providers
We use providers such as Supabase for database/auth, Stripe for billing, Resend for email, Sentry for error monitoring, Google Analytics for site analytics, and OCR providers for scan features.
How data is shared
We do not sell salon data. We share data with service providers needed to run NailWage, with the salon owner, with technicians through scoped links, or when required by law.
Retention and security
Records may be retained for account history, backup, security, troubleshooting, and dispute-resolution purposes. We use role-based database policies, token scoping, HTTPS, audit logs, and monitoring.
Choices and contact
Salon owners can export records from the app and request account help. Technicians should contact the salon owner first for record corrections. Privacy or security questions can be sent to support@nailwage.com.
