Read a nail technician payout statement
Read service pay, tips and advances on your own statement, then ask about the specific line that differs.
A technician needs to understand the final amount, not just see a total. A technician statement presents a finalized period through a private link shared by the owner. The public page is a sample, not a search tool for other people’s statements.
What to prepare
Have the owner’s link and your own records for the same dates ready. Check the salon, technician and period before comparing figures. Keep the link private because possession of it permits the access assigned to that link.
How to use it
- Open the statement and confirm the recipient and dates.
- Compare service sales and tips, then the lines that affect the amount owed.
- If something differs, identify the date or amount and share the relevant source with the owner.
- Mark the statement received when you have received it and retain the copy you need.
An example to check
If your tip notes are $20 higher, start with the date and tip entry that differ. The cause may be an input or timing issue; identifying the line is more useful than asking to replace the entire period.
Next step
Ask the owner for the relevant period’s link if you do not have it. Do not post that link or your private payout information publicly.
Open the tool or explore its sample workflow. Saving salon records requires signing in and selecting the correct salon.
